This month marks a major milestone for our company — 50 years of Homestead.
What began in 1976 as a family-driven construction business has grown into a full-service construction project management company delivering commercial and multi-residential projects across New Zealand. Over five decades, we’ve completed more than 450 projects, built trusted partnerships across generations, and remained committed to one guiding belief: better spaces start with possibility.
For 50 years, our story has been shaped by the dedication of our people, the strength of our workmanship, and the relationships we’ve built along the way.
From early residential developments in the late 1970s and 1980s, through our concrete construction breakthroughs in the 1990s, to today’s large-scale commercial and multi-residential expertise, Homestead has continued to evolve with the industry.
