NZESL Otaki

NZESL required a new facility in Ōtaki to support their growing operations, balancing warehouse functionality with a modern office environment, all within a compact footprint.

Engaged for the full design and build, Homestead managed the project end-to-end, ensuring alignment across design, budget, and delivery. The building delivers approximately 500m² of warehouse space alongside 190m² of office space across two levels, maximising efficiency without compromising usability.

As Homestead’s second project within the Ōtaki Commercial Park, the team brought proven delivery experience to streamline the build and maintain programme certainty.

The result is a well-executed, fit-for-purpose facility that supports NZESL’s operational needs today, with the flexibility to scale into the future.
