As a national leader in pedestrian and traffic safety solutions, Vanguard required a new head office and warehouse facility that could support both operational efficiency and a strong, professional presence. The brief called for a highly functional industrial space that could accommodate storage, logistics, and office environments, while delivering long-term durability and a clean, modern finish.
Working alongside Euroclass, Homestead supplied and installed the precast elements for the 2,000m² warehouse and office development, helping address key challenges around build speed, structural reliability, and coordination across trades. Given the need for a streamlined programme and minimal disruption, Homestead’s integrated precast approach enabled greater control over manufacturing, delivery, and installation. This reduced complexity on site, improved sequencing, and ensured a consistent, high-quality outcome across both the warehouse and office components of the build.
The result is a purpose-built facility that reflects Vanguard’s national scale and operational capability, delivering a durable, efficient space designed to support their continued growth and day-to-day performance.
